Dyno-Proven Performance

Fabspeed reports gains of 16 WHP and 19 lb-ft of torque, equivalent to approximately 18 HP at the crank, from the Supersport exhaust.

When paired with Fabspeed Sport Cats, testing produced gains of 30 WHP and 36 lb-ft at 4,600 RPM. Peak output increased from 640 WHP to 666 WHP. Compared directly against the Sport Cats alone, adding the Supersport exhaust produced another 16 WHP and 19 lb-ft through the midrange and an additional 7 WHP at peak.

Titanium Construction & 44 LB Weight Reduction

The titanium Supersport saves an impressive 44 pounds / 19.95 kg compared with the factory muffler assembly.

Rather than simply replacing the factory exhaust with another heavy stainless system, Fabspeed uses mandrel-bent titanium piping throughout the exhaust to dramatically reduce weight while maintaining a high-performance design suitable for the LT6.

Cast Titanium X-Pipe

At the heart of the system is Fabspeed’s cast titanium X-pipe, designed to merge the exhaust banks and improve exhaust scavenging.

The X-pipe also plays a major role in the system's sound, helping bring out the sharp, exotic character of the flat-plane-crank LT6 as RPM increases.

Aggressive LT6 Race Sound

This is an all-out race-focused exhaust. Fabspeed describes a noticeably stronger rumble at idle that transitions into a high-pitched wail as the LT6 climbs through the rev range.

This system is intentionally LOUD, and because of its aggressive non-valved configuration, some interior drone should be expected.

Electronic Valve Simulators Included

Removing the factory valved muffler system normally creates the potential for exhaust-valve-related faults. Fabspeed includes electronic valve simulators with the system to prevent those faults and states that the system is designed to operate without a Check Engine Light.

Exhaust Tip Options

The Supersport system can be configured to retain the factory floating Z06 exhaust tips or upgraded with Fabspeed's carbon fiber exhaust tips and carbon fiber surround.

Installation

The system was developed from 3D scans of the OEM exhaust configuration and is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement.

No cutting or welding is required. Professional installation is recommended.
