CFD-Developed Aerodynamics

These endplates were developed using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to improve the aerodynamic performance of the UCW Rear Wing.

By strategically venting the upper portion of the wing and optimizing the lower endplate profile, testing showed a 1.2% improvement in lift-to-drag ratio at a 10-degree angle of attack, with both reduced drag and increased downforce. Testing was performed in free-stream airflow using the standard swan-neck upright and mounting configuration.

Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber Construction

Each endplate is manufactured from premium 2x2 twill pre-preg carbon fiber and formed using precision-machined aluminum molds to provide consistent shape, fit, and finish.

A glossy automotive clear coat provides the finished carbon appearance while adding UV protection for long-term durability.

Direct UCW Wing Upgrade

Installation is straightforward and uses the same mounting hardware as the standard UCW endplates, allowing the vented version to replace the existing endplates without requiring additional modifications.
