Functional Rear Aerodynamics

This rear diffuser is designed as a functional aerodynamic component rather than simply a cosmetic upgrade. Verus utilized advanced analysis during development to maximize performance within the available space underneath the C8, increasing downforce while keeping the corresponding increase in drag minimal.

The resulting design is intended to reduce lift, improve aerodynamic efficiency, and increase available tire grip at speed, making it well suited for performance-oriented street and track builds.

CFD-Optimized Design

The diffuser geometry was developed using CFD analysis to improve airflow management underneath and behind the C8. Verus reports that track testing with the diffuser resulted in improved straight-line and cornering speeds while reducing lap times.

Carbon Flash Finish

Unlike the full carbon fiber version, this diffuser is manufactured from fiberglass and finished in Carbon Flash paint, giving it an OEM-inspired appearance that integrates naturally with the factory C8 exterior trim.

A high-gloss clear coat provides additional UV protection and a premium finished appearance.

Non-Invasive Bolt-On Installation

The diffuser is designed as a non-invasive bolt-on upgrade that requires no permanent modifications to the vehicle. Vehicle scan data was utilized during development to achieve a precise, near-OEM fit and finish.

It works with the factory exhaust as well as aftermarket exhaust systems that remain within the OEM exhaust space. Exhaust systems extending outside the factory space may require modification for proper clearance.

Complete Aero Package

The rear diffuser can be paired with Verus front splitters, side splitters, and rear wings to create a more comprehensive aerodynamic package designed to generate functional downforce across the vehicle.
