By accessing our website, purchasing a product, placing an order, scheduling service, signing or approving a work order, leaving a vehicle with us, or otherwise authorizing ENG Motorsport to perform services, you agree to these Terms and any additional policies incorporated into them, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

These messages are intended to provide information and updates related to ENG Motorsport products, services, orders, appointments, and customer communications.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
ENG Motorsport does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
For additional information regarding how ENG Motorsport collects, uses, and protects personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.
Section 1 — Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or otherwise legally authorized to enter into the applicable transaction.
You may not use our products, website, or services for any unlawful purpose or violate applicable laws in connection with your use of our services.
Section 2 — General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service where permitted by law, including where necessary for safety, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, nonpayment, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably performing the requested work.
Information transmitted through our website may pass through various networks and service providers. Payment-card information processed online is handled through secure payment-processing systems.
Section 3 — Products, Vehicle Compatibility & Information
ENG Motorsport sells aftermarket automotive products and accessories. Product descriptions, photographs, compatibility information, specifications, estimated performance figures, availability, pricing, and other information are provided in good faith but may change.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, including year, make, model, trim, drivetrain, modifications, and other information reasonably necessary to determine compatibility.
Aftermarket products may differ from OEM components in fitment, appearance, tolerances, finish, sound, operation, or performance.
Section 4 — Pricing & Changes
Prices may change without notice.
Quotes and estimates are based upon the information and vehicle condition reasonably known when provided. Discovery of additional required work, damaged or missing hardware, previous modifications, incorrect components, or other unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges subject to customer authorization where required.
AUTOMOTIVE INSTALLATION & SERVICE TERMS
Section 5 — Authorization to Perform Work
By approving an estimate or work order, providing authorization electronically or in writing, or otherwise directing ENG Motorsport to proceed, the customer authorizes ENG Motorsport to perform the agreed installation, labor, diagnostic, inspection, disassembly, reassembly, and related services.
Authorization may be documented through signed documents, electronic approvals, email, text messages, social-media communications, invoices, or other documented communications.
ENG Motorsport will obtain authorization before intentionally performing materially additional billable work outside the approved scope, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent damage or address a safety concern.
Section 6 — Installation & Labor Charges
Completed installation and labor charges are generally non-refundable because the technician time and services have already been performed.
A customer's dissatisfaction with an aftermarket product, change of mind, manufacturer defect, product failure, warranty issue, or fitment characteristic does not automatically entitle the customer to reimbursement of completed labor.
If a customer believes ENG Motorsport's workmanship caused a problem, the customer must notify ENG Motorsport and provide us a reasonable opportunity to inspect the vehicle and, when appropriate, correct the affected workmanship.
Where ENG Motorsport determines that an issue resulted directly from our workmanship, ENG Motorsport may repair or redo the affected work or provide another appropriate remedy.
Section 7 — Customer-Supplied Parts
ENG Motorsport may install customer-supplied or third-party products at our discretion.
ENG Motorsport does not manufacture customer-supplied products and does not guarantee their quality, condition, completeness, compatibility, durability, performance, or fitment.
The customer remains responsible for problems attributable to defective, incorrect, damaged, incomplete, incompatible, or poorly fitting customer-supplied products.
Additional disassembly, troubleshooting, modification, removal, replacement, or reinstallation necessitated by a customer-supplied product may require additional labor charges.
Section 8 — Products Purchased Through ENG Motorsport
Products purchased through ENG Motorsport may be manufactured by independent third parties.
Manufacturer defects, product failures, warranty claims, and manufacturing-related fitment issues may be subject to the manufacturer's applicable warranty or claims process.
ENG Motorsport may assist customers in communicating with a manufacturer but does not control a third-party manufacturer's warranty decision.
A manufacturer replacing, repairing, refunding, or otherwise warranting a product does not automatically make previously completed installation, diagnostic, removal, shipping, or reinstallation labor refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Section 9 — Aftermarket Product Fitment
Customers acknowledge that aftermarket products may not fit, align, look, sound, or function identically to OEM components.
Depending on the product and vehicle, aftermarket installations may require adjustment, trimming, drilling, fabrication, alignment, additional hardware, or other modifications.
ENG Motorsport is not responsible for fitment, alignment, appearance, tolerance, or functionality problems caused by the design, manufacture, condition, or characteristics of an aftermarket product rather than ENG Motorsport's workmanship.
Section 10 — Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions
ENG Motorsport is not responsible for conditions that existed before our work, including previous damage, improperly installed components, stripped or damaged fasteners, missing hardware, damaged wiring, corrosion, modified components, damaged mounting points, or previous repairs.
If a pre-existing condition creates additional work, we may contact the customer for authorization before performing additional billable services.
ENG Motorsport may document vehicle condition through photographs, video, diagnostic information, technician notes, and customer communications.
Section 11 — Work Performed by Third Parties
Customers experiencing a suspected workmanship problem should provide ENG Motorsport a reasonable opportunity to inspect the affected work before another person or business modifies, removes, repairs, adjusts, or reinstalls it, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.
Subsequent third-party work may affect our ability to determine the original condition or cause of a reported problem.
ENG Motorsport is not responsible for damage or problems caused by subsequent third-party work.
Section 12 — Test Drives & Vehicle Operation
The customer authorizes ENG Motorsport employees, technicians, and authorized representatives to operate and move the vehicle when reasonably necessary to perform, diagnose, inspect, verify, test, or complete authorized services.
This authorization includes reasonable road testing when necessary to verify vehicle operation or installed components.
ENG Motorsport will exercise reasonable care when operating customer vehicles.
Section 13 — Estimates & Completion Times
Product arrival dates, manufacturing times, installation durations, diagnostic times, and vehicle completion dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Unexpected vehicle conditions, manufacturer delays, shipping delays, missing or incorrect components, defective products, diagnostic findings, and additional authorized work may affect completion times.
ENG Motorsport will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.
Section 14 — Vehicle Pickup & Storage
Customers are responsible for retrieving completed vehicles within the timeframe communicated by ENG Motorsport.
Vehicles left for an unreasonable period after notice of completion may be subject to storage charges where permitted by applicable law and following any notice required by law.
Section 15 — Removed / Take-Off Parts
Customers wishing to retain factory or removed components should notify ENG Motorsport.
Unless otherwise agreed, take-off parts left with ENG Motorsport for more than 7 days following vehicle pickup or notification that the parts are available may be considered abandoned and disposed of or recycled where permitted by law.
Section 16 — Payments
Payment is due according to the applicable order, invoice, estimate, or work order.
ENG Motorsport may require deposits, partial payment, or full payment before ordering products or beginning work.
Special-order, custom, and made-to-order products may be subject to separate cancellation and refund restrictions disclosed in our Refund Policy or at purchase.
Section 17 — Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Customers should contact ENG Motorsport promptly regarding billing or service concerns so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue.
A payment dispute or chargeback does not by itself establish whether services were properly performed or whether an amount remains due.
Where reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute, ENG Motorsport may provide relevant transaction records, invoices, work orders, photographs, video, vehicle documentation, customer communications, manufacturer communications, and service records to payment processors, issuing banks, card networks, financial institutions, or other appropriate parties.
Nothing in these Terms waives any rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricts legitimate rights provided by applicable law or card-network rules.
Section 18 — Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Products are subject to ENG Motorsport's applicable Refund Policy.
Special-order, custom, made-to-order, installed, used, or otherwise non-returnable products may have additional restrictions as disclosed at purchase or in the Refund Policy.
Installation and labor refunds are governed by Section 6 of these Terms.
Section 19 — Performance & Modified Vehicles
Aftermarket products may change vehicle performance, sound, handling, suspension geometry, emissions characteristics, drivability, or factory specifications.
ENG Motorsport does not guarantee specific horsepower, torque, sound, fuel economy, performance, or other results unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that vehicle modifications are appropriate and lawful for the vehicle's intended use and jurisdiction.
Section 20 — Photos, Video & Security
ENG Motorsport may photograph or record customer vehicles for service documentation, diagnostic purposes, fitment verification, quality control, warranty matters, security, dispute resolution, and business recordkeeping.
Our premises may utilize video surveillance.
Promotional or marketing use of personally identifiable customer content will be handled according to applicable consent requirements and ENG Motorsport's applicable authorization terms.
WEBSITE & GENERAL TERMS

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, account, billing, shipping, vehicle, and contact information.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders where permitted by law, including orders suspected of fraud, pricing errors, unauthorized resale, or other misuse.
Section 22 — Third-Party Tools & Links
Our services may integrate with third-party tools, websites, manufacturers, payment processors, shipping providers, and other independent businesses.
ENG Motorsport does not control independent third-party services and is not responsible for their separate acts, omissions, policies, or content.
Section 23 — Personal Information
Personal information provided to ENG Motorsport is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
This may include information collected through online purchases as well as information reasonably necessary to provide automotive services, such as vehicle information, service documentation, photographs, video, and communications.
Section 24 — Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions
Our website or other materials may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, compatibility, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct errors and update information or cancel affected orders where appropriate and permitted by law.
Section 25 — Prohibited Uses
Users may not use ENG Motorsport's website or services for unlawful purposes; violate applicable laws; infringe intellectual-property rights; submit fraudulent or materially misleading information; transmit malicious software; improperly collect another person's personal information; interfere with website security; or otherwise misuse our services.
We may terminate or restrict access for prohibited conduct where permitted by law.
Section 26 — Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for warranties expressly provided in writing and to the extent permitted by law, ENG Motorsport does not make warranties beyond those expressly stated concerning third-party aftermarket products.
Third-party products may be subject to warranties provided by their respective manufacturers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Section 27 — Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ENG Motorsport will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from third-party products, manufacturer defects, customer-supplied components, pre-existing vehicle conditions, or subsequent unauthorized modifications.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Section 28 — Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENG Motorsport LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers, and service providers from third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, infringement of another party's rights, or misuse of our services.
Section 29 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Section 30 — Termination
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination where applicable.
ENG Motorsport may terminate or refuse access to services where permitted by law if a user materially violates these Terms.
Amounts properly due for products or authorized services remain payable notwithstanding termination.
Section 31 — Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable work orders, invoices, estimates, authorizations, and policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing the applicable transaction or service.
A specific written work order, estimate, or separately executed agreement may contain additional terms applicable to that particular service.
Section 32 — Governing Law
These Terms and applicable transactions and services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
Section 33 — Changes to These Terms
ENG Motorsport may periodically update these Terms.
The version applicable to a transaction or service will generally be the version in effect when the applicable purchase or service is authorized, except where otherwise agreed or required by law.
