CORSA Performance C8 Corvette Catalytic Converter Heat Blankets (2020–2027)

Protect your C8 Corvette Stingray's engine bay from excessive exhaust heat with the CORSA Performance Catalytic Converter Heat Blankets. Specifically engineered for CORSA's High-Flow Catalytic Converters, these premium thermal blankets help reduce radiant heat exposure to surrounding engine components, painted surfaces, and carbon fiber parts.

Constructed with titanium-infused outer material and basalt thermal insulation, these heat blankets provide protection against extreme exhaust temperatures of up to 2,500°F while maintaining a secure, custom-fit design.

Advanced Thermal Protection

The C8 Corvette's mid-engine configuration places its catalytic converters near several heat-sensitive components.

Chevrolet incorporates substantial factory heat shielding to help manage exhaust temperatures. When upgrading to aftermarket high-flow catalytic converters, maintaining proper thermal protection becomes especially important.

CORSA developed these heat blankets to help contain heat around its high-flow catalytic converters, reducing the amount of radiant heat reaching nearby engine bay components.

Titanium-Weave and Basalt Construction

These catalytic converter blankets combine titanium-infused outer material with basalt-based thermal insulation for excellent heat resistance.

The construction is designed to withstand temperatures up to 2,500°F, making it suitable for the extreme thermal conditions surrounding the Corvette's catalytic converters.

Double-reinforced seams and stainless steel stitching provide additional durability under repeated heating and cooling cycles.

Custom-Fit Installation

Unlike universal catalytic converter wraps, these blankets are specifically designed to fit CORSA Performance High-Flow Catalytic Converters, Part #16234.

A riveted anchor design and spring-connected fastening system help secure the blankets around the converters while simplifying installation.

What's Included: Two CORSA catalytic converter heat blankets.

Why You Need This

Excessive exhaust heat is one of the challenges of the C8 Corvette's mid-engine layout, especially when upgrading performance exhaust components.

These CORSA heat blankets provide an additional layer of thermal protection where it matters most, helping shield surrounding components from radiant heat while complementing your high-flow catalytic converter upgrade.

With 2,500°F-rated thermal protection, titanium-weave construction, reinforced stainless steel stitching, and a vehicle-specific design, they're a worthwhile addition for Stingray owners upgrading to CORSA high-flow catalytic converters.
