Upgrade the C8 Stingray’s exhaust flow and sound with the Kooks 1-7/8" Super Street Series Headers. Designed as a direct replacement for the factory headers, this system features 1-7/8" stainless steel primaries and connects directly to the factory catalytic converters or compatible Kooks Super Street OEM connections.

When tested together with Kooks high-flow catalytic converters on a Z51-equipped C8, the combination produced more than 20 horsepower and 26 lb-ft of torque at the wheels on the stock tune with no Check Engine Light. These gains represent the tested headers + Kooks high-flow cats combination, not the headers alone.

1-7/8" Super Street Design

The 1-7/8" primary configuration is designed to provide a higher-flowing exhaust path for the LT2 while maintaining a street-oriented configuration that can connect directly to the Corvette's original catalytic converters.

This gives owners the flexibility to upgrade the headers first while retaining the OEM cats, or pair the headers with compatible Kooks Super Street connections for a more complete exhaust setup.

Retains Factory Catalytic Converters

Unlike header systems that require dedicated aftermarket connection pipes, the Kooks Super Street Headers feature a flanged collector outlet designed to connect directly to the OEM catalytic converters.

They can also be connected to compatible Kooks Super Street OEM connections, allowing the exhaust configuration to be upgraded further if desired.
