Manufactured using a vacuum-infused 3K 2x2 twill carbon fiber process, the Type-CJ hood features a carbon fiber outer skin bonded to a reinforced carbon fiber inner skeleton. This double-sided construction improves rigidity while significantly reducing weight compared to the factory steel hood. Finished in a high-gloss marine-grade gel coat with UV inhibitors, it offers long-lasting visual quality and durability.

The 3-inch raised cowl design provides additional clearance for engine components while giving your Mustang a bold, race-inspired appearance.
