Constructed using a vacuum-infused process with 3K, 2x2 twill carbon fiber cloth, the Type-TW hood offers exceptional strength, rigidity, and a consistent weave pattern. The marine-grade gel coat with UV inhibitors is polished to a deep, high-gloss finish for long-lasting protection and show-quality appearance.
The double-sided design features a carbon fiber skeleton bonded to the underside of the hood, reducing weight while maintaining structural integrity.

Installation Notes

Modifications may be necessary for proper fitment of OE windshield washer spray nozzles.

OE rubber bump stops may need to be relocated from the chassis to the hood.

Mounting tabs may require minor adjustments as part of normal installation.

We do not recommend reinstalling OE gas struts, as they place excessive pressure on composite hoods. Always close carefully — do not slam.
