Constructed using a vacuum-infused 3K 2x2 twill carbon fiber process, the Type-CJ hood features a carbon fiber outer skin bonded to a reinforced carbon fiber inner skeleton. This double-sided design improves structural rigidity while significantly reducing weight compared to the factory steel hood. A marine-grade, high-gloss clear coat with UV inhibitors ensures long-lasting finish quality and resistance to fading.

The 4-inch raised cowl profile provides additional clearance for performance engine components while giving your Mustang a bold, race-inspired appearance. A pre-installed heat shield adds thermal protection and convenience during installation.
