Adjustable Lowering Options

The factory front lift system limits the traditional suspension lowering adjustments available on C8 Corvettes without front lift.

The Paragon Performance Lowering Collars provide an effective solution, allowing you to achieve a lower front ride height while retaining the factory suspension components.

Available Ride Height Adjustments:

• Approximately 0.75" Drop: Similar to the factory maximum lowering adjustment on applicable non-front-lift Z51 models.

• Up to Approximately 1" Drop: Depending on the vehicle's configuration.

• Optional 3/8" Riser Shims: Allow a more conservative drop or additional ride-height fine-tuning.

For a balanced stance, the front lowering collars can be combined with compatible rear suspension adjustments.

Retains Factory Front Lift Functionality

Unlike modifications that eliminate the factory lift system, these lowering collars allow your Corvette to retain its OEM front axle lift functionality.

Your Stingray will still be able to raise its front end when approaching driveways, speed bumps, and other obstacles.

CNC-Machined 6061 Aluminum Construction

Developed in-house by Paragon Performance, these collars were designed using CAD software and tested through multiple prototype stages before production.

Each collar is precision-machined from 6061 aluminum and finished in black anodizing for durability and corrosion resistance.

An included aluminum spacer helps reduce tension on the factory brake line bracket following installation.

Optional 3/8" Riser Shims

For owners who prefer a smaller drop or plan to combine the collars with aftermarket lowering springs, optional 3/8-inch riser shims are available.

These shims can help achieve approximately a 3/8-inch drop instead of the full 3/4-inch drop, or fine-tune ride height when used with compatible lowering springs.

Note: Riser shims are optional and must be selected when ordering.

Optional Installation Tools

Magnetic Ride Socket

A specialty socket used during suspension disassembly. This tool may be necessary for installation and is not commonly included in standard tool sets.

Magnetic Ride De-Pin Tool

Designed to simplify removal of the Magnetic Ride Control electrical connector pins during suspension disassembly.

Both tools are available as optional add-ons.

Installation

Installation requires removing and disassembling the front suspension strut assemblies to install the lowering collars.

Estimated Installation Time: 3 Hours

Installation Difficulty: Easy to Moderate, according to the manufacturer.

Required Equipment Includes:

• Spring compressors

• Jack and stands

• Torque wrench

• Appropriate sockets and hand tools

• Magnetic Ride specialty tools, when applicable

Professional installation is recommended. After installation, verify front lift operation, brake line clearance, suspension clearance, and wheel alignment.

No bump stop trimming is required.
