The freer-flowing header design allows exhaust gases to exit more efficiently while reducing the restrictions found in the factory manifolds.

High-Flow Long Tube Design

The factory C8 utilizes bulky hydroformed exhaust headers. Fabspeed replaces them with a purpose-built long-tube design developed using CAD engineering to create a more efficient exhaust path.

The improved geometry reduces restriction and is designed to enhance exhaust-gas evacuation from the LT2.

9 LB Weight Reduction

The Fabspeed headers also reduce weight compared with the factory assemblies.

More Aggressive LT2 V8 Sound

Optional Thermal Header Blankets

Optional Fabspeed thermal header blankets are available to help manage temperatures inside the C8's tightly packaged mid-engine compartment.

Fabspeed recommends the blankets for additional heat management and notes that they can also accommodate other brands of aftermarket headers.
